Allen Tullos is a Manager at Deloitte Consulting, LLP with over 15 years of experience leading teams to measure and drive impact for private and public sector clients. Allen has integrated adaptive management solutions within international development projects to enable them to respond to dynamic environments. Before the war, Allen lived in Kyiv and supported a USAID Ukraine health project to collect and analyze near-real time data to understand citizen sentiments and respond to health access barriers. He also facilitated a scenario planning exercise that helped the project anticipate and mitigate the effects of the full-scale war. Previously, he worked at the National Democratic Institute where he supported field teams to design indicators and monitor impact, and he led evaluations of democracy and governance projects. He holds a B.F.A. from New York University and an M.A. from George Washington University.
