S. Aaron Weah-Weah, III
S. Aaron Weah-Weah, III is a youth activist and program associate at the National Youth Movement for Transparent Elections–Partners for Democratic Development (NAYMOTE-PADD), a progressive youth advocacy and pro-democracy group based in Monrovia, Liberia. Mr. Weah-Weah has seven years of experience leading campaigns focused on increasing voter participation, public debates, social media advocacy, sit-in actions, and peaceful demonstrations. During his Hurford Youth Fellowship, he is organizing and conducting a series of online discussions on youth participation in decision-making and leadership. He is also compiling topic-related materials and cataloguing strategies and best practices to be shared with youth from around the world. He is also writing articles for the WYMD newsletter and blogging on his fellowship topic.
