To respond to the increasing importance of exile and diaspora communities in countering Chinese Communist Party (CCP) oppression, the Institute will lay the foundation for a sustainable network of transnational youth activists through activities designed to foster joint strategizing and identification of common goals, including workshops on digital security, risk assessment, and communications, as well as a youth advocacy summit.
