To ensure rising, forward-looking leaders in Timor-Leste have the tools and confidence to assert themselves in upcoming presidential and parliamentary elections, the Institute will provide targeted political leadership training and technical assistance to these individuals. The Institute’s approach, which includes informational media content and talk shows featuring these leaders in addition to the training, will empower them to use the acquired leadership and technical skills to promote their policy priorities and advocate for solutions to critical future policy challenges facing Timor-Leste.
