To pursue justice and accountability for Uyghurs and other persecuted groups through rigorous documentation, analysis, and dissemination of evidence regarding the human rights violations. Through offline and online data collection and verification, the organization will expand its database documenting the systematic disappearance and detention of ethnic and religious groups. The organization will corroborate this information with imagery data collected to assess the scale and scope of the repression.

To research, document, and analyze the Chinese government’s influence operations targeting Uyghurs around the world, and to strengthen global advocacy initiatives. The organization will build on and expand a database of human rights abuses against Uyghurs, produce reports analyzing and identifying the government’s policies targeting the community within and outside China, share resources with other advocacy groups, and encourage concerned stakeholders to pressure perpetrators to end the genocide in East Turkistan.

The organization will co-direct an international, multi-stakeholder coalition to leverage all available mechanisms to pressure private sector and government actors to stop the forced labor of groups exploited by government actors in key industries and raise international public awareness of global brands and retailers that benefit from the status quo. The organization will also produce policy briefing materials and other research products to engage stakeholders.

To empower women and youth from the Uyghur diaspora to participate in advocacy to protect human rights. The organization will train Uyghur women and youth in advocacy skills and civic participation, and foster greater engagement through advocacy campaigns and collaboration with other organizations. The organization will also increase awareness about the Uyghur crisis among local, non-Uyghur communities and grassroots organizations through outreach by newly trained women and youth activists.
