The think tank will build a team of 12 expert on disinformation, monitor and analyze disinformation and propaganda in the media, and produce video explainers for social media and “message boxes” for policy analysts to use in public speaking. In cooperation with an influential investigative newspaper, the organization will conduct and disseminate investigations into corruption in the judiciary.

The institute will also facilitate a voter education campaign with in-person events and informational resources.
