Ariana Molina

Program Officer, U.S. Department of State

Ariana Molina is an international relations professional with a strong background and ample experience in Latin American issues. Currently, she is a Program Officer at the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Democracy, Human Rights and Labor office of Global Programming covering Western Hemisphere Affairs. She was previously a program manager for the Council of the Americas, where she managed content and programming for private and public sector initiatives in the Western Hemisphere. Before that, she worked at the National Democratic Institute (NDI), where she designed and implemented democracy promotion strategies with political and civic actors. Prior to NDI, Ariana worked at the communication consultancy firm Newlink helping design and implement public affairs strategies for multilateral and private sector clients in Latin America. She has a Master’s in global communication from The George Washington University and a bachelor’s degree in political science and international studies from the University of Miami.
