Bayly Winder
Senior Associate, E-Space
Bayly Winder is a Senior Associate at satellite startup E-Space, focused on international business development and policy. In 2021, he completed an MBA at the University of Oxford, where he was a Saïd Business School Foundation Scholar and member of Balliol College. Previously, he worked at Deloitte, as a consultant on a PPP with a tech focus. Winder also worked at the State Department, as a Foreign Affairs Officer on the Iran policy team. He conducted political research in Kuwait as a Fulbright Scholar and studied Arabic in Qatar as a Boren Scholar. Winder earned a bachelor’s degree in political science from the Johns Hopkins University. His primary research interests are U.S. relations with the Arab world and GCC politics. His works have been published by organizations including the Carnegie Endowment, the Middle East Institute, and the Middle East Policy Council. He is a member of Foreign Policy for America’s NextGen Initiative and was a policy volunteer for the Biden for President campaign for over one year.
