Danielle Claseman

Senior Manager, Responsible Sourcing- Policy & Governance, Target Corporation

Danielle Claseman is a Senior Manager of Policy & Governance on Target’s Responsible Sourcing team. In this role, she works with a variety of stakeholders including industry, government representatives, non-governmental organizations and suppliers to advance labor rights, responsible trade and improved business practices. She has held a variety of industry leadership roles including the Social Sustainability Committee of the Consumer Good Forum, the ILO’s Alliance 8.7 Business Network’s Advisory Council, the Responsible Business Alliance’s Responsible Labor Initiative Steering Committee and the Forced Labor Sub-Group of the Commercial Customs Operations Advisory Committee. Additionally, she serves in a leadership role for Target’s civic engagement network. Outside of Target, Danielle has experience leading non-profit organizations and conducting field work in Asia pertaining to human and labor rights. Danielle holds a Master of Public Policy from the Humphrey Institute and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Wisconsin.
