Elliot Silverberg

Senior Staffer, Defense Innovation Board, U.S. Department of Defense

Elliot Silverberg is currently a senior staffer for the Defense Innovation Board (DIB) at the U.S. Department of Defense. Prior to the DIB, Elliot was a digital trade policy advisor at the U.S. Department of Commerce and analyst at global tech policy consultancy Access Partnership and strategic advisory firm The Asia Group. He is also a nonresident scholar with the Middle East Institute’s Strategic Technologies and Cyber Security Program. Elliot has a Master of Arts in Indo-Pacific studies from Georgetown University’s Walsh School of Foreign Service. He was a 2023 Aspen Strategy Group Rising Leader.
