Mark Ferullo

Natural Resources Expert, UN Panel of Experts on South Sudan

Mark Ferullo is a member of the UN Panel of Experts on South Sudan. Previously, Mark was a foreign service officer based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia and Washington, DC. While posted in Ethiopia, he focused on regional dynamics, including conflicts and mediation efforts in South Sudan and Somalia. Originally from Pennsylvania, Mark earned an MSc in comparative politics from the London School of Economics and Political Science and a B.A. in politics and economics from New York University.
