To promote the development of party policies and platforms that are inclusive and responsive to citizen needs, the Institute will work with Mozambican political parties to strengthen their civic engagement efforts. The Institute will also foster increased intra-party coordination and engagement and improve their ability to develop citizen-responsive policies in preparation for local elections.
