The organization will build the capacity of the national mediation staff, organize roundtable discussions with the parliament on developing collaborative partnerships, and with the media to promote the mediator’s role in protecting citizens’ rights. It will also lead activities to promote cooperation between civil society and the mediation institution to address tensions between citizens and public administration at the national and regional level.
