On Thursday, November 11, 2010, the chairman of NED grantee Database Center for North Korea Human Rights (NKDB) participated in a seminar at Johns Hopkins SAIS examining the findings of the 2010 White Paper on North Korean Human Rights. The White Paper, published annually by NKDB, provided systematically researched and analyzed data on human rights violations in North Korea. NKDB Chairman Kim Sang Hun was joined by Paula Schriefer of Freedom House, and Jae H. Ku, Director of the US Korea Institute. Researchers from the NKDB also participated.
