Ali Jafri is a national security professional focusing on grand strategy, armed groups and human security. He currently serves as a research analyst for NSI, where he provides analysis for the Department of Defense and Joint Staff aimed at better understanding the political, economic, and social dynamics of emerging conflict situations and environments throughout the world. Ali has a Masters in Law and Diplomacy from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University, and a Bachelors in International Relations from Tufts University. He previously worked at Georgetown University, conducting research on emerging threats, with a focus on political instability in South Asia.
