Before law school, Carolyn researched rule of law development as a Fulbright fellow in Ukraine and studied in Russia on an academic scholarship. Carolyn holds a J.D. from Columbia Law School and a B.A. in International Relations from Stanford University. She is proficient in Spanish and Russian.
