Elsa Peraldi is a Program Manager of Integrity & Anti-Corruption at Global Integrity where she leads various anti-corruption & kleptocracy initiatives including an annual assessment of key social, economic, political, and anti-corruption mechanisms at the national level in all African countries. Elsa brings more than 10 years of experience helping to drive progress and enhance outcomes in communities around the world. She has tackled human rights, democracy promotion, transparency, kleptocracy and governance challenges in Latin America and Africa with Freedom House, the Inter-American Commission of Human Rights, the World Bank, and Mexican State level government. Elsa also brings expertise in various research methodologies, including consultancies for transparency indexes from Natural Resource Governance Institute and Transparency International. Fluent in Spanish and English, Elsa holds an LLM from the University of Cambridge and a JD from Universidad del Valle de Mexico.
