Kathryn Harrison
PENN KEMBLE DEMOCRACY FORUM FELLOWS
Kathryn Harrison is a lead Security Analyst with the Department of Defense in Washington, D.C. She has worked for the federal government since 2011, beginning her career with the State Department in Skopje, Macedonia. Her background includes graduate and undergraduate education focused on international affairs, foreign policy and U.S. national security. She holds a B.A. in Political Science and a B.A. in Russian from Boston College and has also studied at the American University of Kuwait and St. Petersburg State Polytechnic University in St. Petersburg, Russia. She is currently completing her Masters of Science in Strategic Intelligence and is a member of the Washington chapters of Women in Defense and Women in Homeland Security.
