Sarah Morgan

Senior Government Relations Officer, International Labor Organization

Ms. Morgan serves as the Senior Government Relations Officer in the International Labor Organization’s (ILO) Office for the United States.  In this capacity, she works with government representatives, workers’ and employers’ organizations, as well as relevant United States based international organizations to promote decent work and build partnerships for a sustainable and equitable future of work.  Prior to joining the ILO, Ms. Morgan worked for the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Democracy, Human Rights, and Labor (DRL) in the Office of International Labor Affairs.  While at State, she focused on labor rights, trade, and employment issues throughout the East Asia and Pacific region.  Prior to joining State, she worked at the U.S. Department of Labor’s Bureau of International Labor Affairs on child labor issues.  Ms. Morgan holds a Master of Public Policy from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Arts from St. Joseph’s University.
